False Advertising and Promotional Rewards

<p>I had recently upgraded my contract and phone with the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The samsung rewards includes a 32" LED Samrt TV. I was told that i can redeem my rewards through the Samsung Rewards App via the MTN Playstore app. Firstly, i could not find the Samsung Rewards App on the playstore app and secondly upon serching for the App, it comes up unsucessful. I called MTN Direct on ********** several times and unable to get someone to assist me with this download. i then called Samsung who then told me that the reawrds for the TV ended on 31 April 2017. i called back to query this with MTN and was laughed at by the consultant, who obviuosly thinks I'm a total idiot. He then told me that the person who upgraded me online would give me a call but obviously this never happened. I would like to understand why MTN would advertise such promotions and rewards in their May Catalogue again if the promotion ended on 31 April, also why advertise something if there is no clear indication where and how customers can redeem these types of rewards????? How would your customers and clients know where to go for these types of assistance, help, guidance or queries regards rewards as there is none available to them online and telephonically. I eventually got hold of the Samsung Rewards App and found out that there is NO MTN ICON on the app to redeem this rewards given to me via the upgrade that i did in May.</p> <p>Where is the customer service MTN or is it all about making money????</p>
