False advertising and poor service

Hi I upgraded my contract last week to a sim-only deal however this doesn't work on my phone or router. I want to cancel my contract as I am not paying for something that doesn't work!!!!!!

No where on the terms and conditions does it state that the deal I chose does not work on a mobile phone, but also, it doesn't work on my router either so I don't know what you are charging me for?

The MTN shop close to me is closed due to the unrest in Durban so I can't even go into store to sort this out and no one contacts me back.

Can you get someone to cancel my contract with immediate effect!!!!!!! This is really ridiculous, I actually can't believe you do these things to your clients, it's rather shocking.
