False advertising and poor customer service

We upgraded our data contract with Mtn recently. We ordered the Lenovo Yoga Core i3 on My MTN Choice 1 GB as advertised on page 45 of the brochure (November).

I went to the store today to collect the notebook. The notebook that the Mtn store at Stoneridge wanted to give me is a Lenovo Ideapad Core i3. This is not the same notebook that is advertised in the Mtn brochure. The staff at the store tried to convince me that the Yoga Core i3 is the same as the Ideapad i3. They also tried to verify this with Mtn head office.

I phoned Lenovo SA to confirm that these two notebooks, i.e. Yoga Core i3 and Ideapad i3, are not the same. The Lenovo Yoga Core i3 is advertised in the Mtn brochure and this is the notebook that I expect to receive from Mtn. This is the deal that we signed up for.

I've been trying for 2 day to get hold of someone at the Mtn offices that can assist, but no success.
