False advertising and lies
Upgraded my contract to the Huawei p30 pro yesterday. While I was upgrading I asked if the watxh was available. I was assured it was and someone at huwaui was contacted before I signed and the watch was available. As soon as I singed then suddenly the watch was no longer available. Is this how you do business. Lie to loyal customers. Im done with mtn. My other 2 contracts are up this year and I will be leaving you lot. I am disguised how you do business and lie. I will also take everything back to mall of africa tomorrow and give everything back and cancel my upgrade.

05 Jul 2019, 13:14More than 2 months since this was escalated to the store manager and still noting has been done and still false promises that the watch is on its way. Absolutely disgusting and blatant lies. Its stores like this that damage your brand and when my 3 MTN contracts are up i will be moving somewhere else
