FALSE ADVERTISING and INCORRECT FEEDBACK

On 11 June 2015 email was sent to Customercare regarding False Advertising of MTN's brochure June Edition 2015\ back page was a advert showing a "Awesome Deal\"" for a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua for R 259.00 . This phone was never stocked be any store. GUESS WHAT ... no reply has ever been received. <br> <br> On 27 June 2015 a complaint on this link of False Advertising was posted. On 9 July 2015 MTN eventually responded by \""....Please allow us an opportunity to investigate the matter thoroughly and we will touh base with you thereafter. We will contact either via e-mail or a call on the cell-phone number provided.\"" GUESS WHAT 14 days later and no contact.<br> <br> Another Customercare e-mail was also sent on 27 June 2015 requesting a response. GUESS WHAT today 23 July 2015 and 6 weeks later Customercare sends an e-mail asking \""Kindly advise as to what you need assistance with so that we can be able to assist you. \""\"" Can they not read there own e-mails and logged reference numbers?<br> <br> For MTN<br> 1.
