False advertising and dishounesty

During August 2020 I was shopping around for Wi-fi deal, I saw a promoting for MTN Wi-fi deal which looked much better than other service provider deals. I made an enquiry about the promotion online, I received a call from a representative later the same day, I was initially interested in the 150GB (75GB anytime data and 75GB Midnight express) at R399 for 24 months. However, during the call the representative indicated that the second option for 220GB (110GB anytime data and 110GB Midnight express) at R499 for 24 months was much better and there was only a R100 difference, I had also noticed that and I immediately agreed to the latter option.

I received the contract but was not able to read it then and I deleted the email by mistake, I noticed after sometime that the loaded data did not even last a month. I decided to download MTN App and found out that only 120GB (60GB anytime data and 60GB Midnight express) was loaded but I was paying the R499 per month which was for 220GB (110GB anytime data and 110GB Midnight express) which I had agreed on. I sent emails to the company and was told that it was what I had agreed on, I requested copy of the contract which indicated that I had agreed on the following: Package type: (50GB DATA +50GB NGHT), FLTE1 Offer: 24Mth MTN Made For Home 60GB, 60GF24M. Which was not what was advertised and reason for my interest in the product was because of their promotion. I requested copy of the recording as I was told I would have access to it on request but was sent from pillar to post.

For the duration of the contract I paid the R499pm but not receiving what i ordered. Sim Number ***.
