False Advertising and complaints ignored!!!!

Mtn had a deal online which I app**** for on multiple occasions but did not go through. Called Mtn n the agent said they put the wrong information on the website which is false advertising. Contacted Mtn via their Twitter complaints page and they have not responded since the 26-04-2020, I contacted the via email and I only received blank responses from their agent. This is the worst experience I've come across from any company! They don't deserve the one star on the review!!
