False Advertising and Breach of Contract
I upgraded my contract to MTN Sky Supreme on16/12/2017.
With the contract I supposedly get 3 months free Showmax subscription.
The MTN staff at the store had no idea how this works and told me to download the app.
This did not work and I contacted Showmax. They told me that MTN must give me a promo code.
I contacted 808 and, no surprise, they also had no idea how this works and told me that they will escalate it and received a reference number.
Up until today I have had no response from MTN.
This illustrates MTN's incompetence.
In addition, this constitutes false advertising and ultimately breach of contract.
