False advertising and bad service

I bought the mtn home router for R269 it came with a free Disney+ premium subscription for 6 months I got an email on how to activate the free subscriptions I followed the instructions and it still asked for me to pay I emailed the service centre explaining everything they responded and said I must subscribe through the Mtn app I did, and the same thing happened, emailed them back and they said I must note that the subscription is for 6 months after that I must pay,I don't think the person who was assisting was even reading my complaint properly they just responded to me, I responded again explaining everything from scratch till then theres no response
