False advertising

I have been due for a upgrade since October 2021. So I wanted a I Phone 13 with a watch. I went to Greenstone MTN. They showed me a yellow book with a phone and watch. I agreed. They then said they don’t have stock I must wait a few weeks. Well now it’s been 4 months and still nothing!!! I complained to mtn with no joy. But yet every month they have a package in their yellow book with I Phone 13’s and watches but can’t deliver. Manager at the store just said sorry sir nothing I can do. What **** service a phone shop with no phones!!!!
