False advertising

I am due for an upgrade however the code on the upgrade I want is not working. This is week 2 where no one at Mtn can assist me due to the code issue, I feel you are falsely advertising as the add states "enjoy high speed connection right now, not now now" but I am waiting so long to upgrade to this deal? this is false advertising.
