FALSE ADVERTISING

I Have been trying to get a laptop deal that is advertised in the MTN catalogue for April, May, June 20 the code of the product is ***CT01158 Lenovo Yoga CoreI3 I when to the store at Bayside Centre Cape Town and they had the product upgrade was done and when they scanned the product it was different on the box then the system. Upgrade was cancelled I have tried Head Office and other stores no stock I think that this is false advertising as the ad does not stipulate "DUE TO AVAILABILITY" I would like to upgrade to this product can MTN find this product
