False advertising?

Got an SMS on Thursday about a free three months subscription to Disney+

when I went to activate the "gift" it said it's activated and they'll send a SMS with further details. a SMS that never came. I reached out to MTN on twitter, and the person who helped me wasn't a big help.

So why send out a sms to people if you won't honour the content of the sms
