False Advertising

<p>On Sunday 2016/10/02 Mtn advistered for the Sony XZ in there catalogue, I went to the shop to get the phone upon arrival at the Mtn Gateway store they stated that they do not have the phone I spoke to the store manager who gave me his name as Zane who promised to contact me on 2016/10/05 and he did not contact me, l I had to call him and he said he forgot, the system was offline and there is no stock in the warehouse. This is not the way Mtn provides Customers with service. How can MTN advertise for a phone which they don't have stock of? This is terrible and the manager of the store was not helpful and he was rude. I have attached the advert for reference. </p>
