False advertising

It's been two since my application for an online contract has been approved. I was informed by sales consultant that my package will be delivered 3-14 days and that has passed and nothing as yet. No communication from mtn to inform whether they have received stock on my device or not, called in twice last week but no one could tell when the devices will be available. Why advertise a package fully knowing that there isn't complete stock on it, it's false advertising on their side and misleading customers. I'm truly dissapointed by the service I've received from mtn it's really infuriating
