False Advertising??

If I could rate minus stars I would.

I am so disappointed in your online shop.

How can you advertise deals on the shop with no 'dates'.

That is false advertising.

I was interested in a deal that is advertised and followed the steps to checkout etc and on the final page it stated that a consultant will contact me.

Nowhere on any of the pages or steps did it show any dates from when to when this deal is available.

The consultant phoned me and did the 5 question verification process, only to tell me that the deal had ended over the weekend.

I asked him if there where other deals roughly the same to what that one is, as it is what I need.

Only to hear about a deal almost double the price.

Is this some kind of a sales tactic?

Advertising low priced deals to get a customers attention only to sell them something priced higher because 'the deal is over'.

What a dissatisfied customer you have made today.
