False advertising

My husband tried to apply for a contract phone, which is currently advertised as 2 for 1. its a Huawei Nova 8i and says freebie is a Huawei P smart for R349 over 24 months. he got a call from MTN and they say they dont have such and what he says he saw is not correct. They refused to even go on the internet so he can prove that it is advertised and it says the phone is comes with a P smart as freebie. They cut the call and never called him again. He is still waiting to be assisted with this but no one is calling him to help from MTN..
