False advertising

<p>This morning I got an advert afar I send USSD to request my data bundle balance.The advert stated that MTN offered a special at their stores for 6GB at R99 monthly.I went to my nearest store at Jacaranda centre pretoria.The salesperson told me there was no such special.I showed him the USSD message and he phoned MTN.The person on the phone told him there was no such special.I went to the Wonderboom Junction and was also told there was only a special of 2GB data in the day and 4GB data at night on a special offer of R99.I also showed them my USSD message but it seems that nobody at the stores wants to help a customer.I am taking this false advertising to the Communications Ombudsman as I have proof of a special offered with no additional "buts" by MTN.I am utterly disgusted with this kind of service I got today.</p>
