False advertising.

Good day, on Saturday I went to MTN to get a portable Wifi router. I often work from home and with load shedding our wifi router at home is then also off. As I walk in I was approached by a sales man. I told him my requirements. Sure he said, we have a pay as you go for R249.00 and for this month you also get 20 gig free with the purchase. Great! So he introduces me to the clerk that is going to help me with my purchase. He gets my details, I pay and he gives me my sim card. So I ask him and what is with the 20gig. He keeps avoiding to anwer me. After my husband ask again, who had in the meantime joined me, he said: Oh no, that was last month. As per their JULY 2022 brochure, page 16 the fine print does say: Availabe from 19/01/2022 - 31/07/2022. New prepaid customers wo purchase a MI-Fi router, will receive 20GB once off date comprising of 5GB any time Data, 5GB NIght Express and a 10 GB Home Bundle for R249.00. Saturday was the 9 July 2022.
