False advertising

My mother had purchased a deal that included 2 Huawei watches. The phone arrived and it has been almost 1 month now and the watches have not come despite numerous phone calls to the call center rewardsco as well as MTN, we have no luck. Why advertise for a deal, lie to people and deliver the phones only? We will not pay for anything until we get the watches. This is ridiculous
