FALSE ADVERTISING

Around 00:12am in the wee hours of today 26/02/16, I sent a sms to 2 friends on 2 separate networks. MTN has advertised that after 00:00 midnight they charge 99% off for calls to MTN-MTN, 80% for calls to other local networks and 99% off for sms to all local networks. I sent my 1st sms to a MTN number which was true and billed at 99% off but when I sent my 2nd text to another network, that which was advertised as stipulated by MTN when you dial *135# according to the network was not true and I was not billed 99% off for the 2nd sms I sent. This is unacceptable and misleading. As a MTN user or mobile network user for MTN I find it appalling that they display such information and yet they don't hold their end of the bargain. This may not be much for them but I want my billed credit back.

Please assist with this, thank you. The number I used is ***
