False Advertising

So last week I went to get a new phone from Mtn. I have been with them for the last +/-16 years. I have two contracts and received an LTE sim card in the mail for one a while back. As you can see in their booklet it says clearly \Free Sim and Connection\".
I was told that I have to pay for a new sim and for connection charges. When I pointed out that the booklet said FREE, i was told that that is only for new clients.
So basically what they are saying is that if you have supported them for many years, you must pay more.
I find this discussing on principle and as soon as my contract is finished I will be taking my business somewhere else.
Shame on you Mtn"
