False advertising

I have just received my upgrade and pre-ordered it more than a month ago as it was said the first 250 client will receive a free tablet. I was also one the first to receive the S22 Ultra in Cape Town which was on Friday the 11 march. so how can I not be part of the 250. when speaking to MTN no one can answer and Samsung has no idea of the offer. A customer for more than 15 years. Not happy feel like returning the phone
