False Advertising

On the 1 October 2015 the network MTN introduced a promotion of which they have partnered with one of SA's hip hop artist, promoting called ' With Love From MTN '. This promotion is said to run until the 31 Jan 2016. According to this promotion all MTN users who does any of the following will be AUTOMATICALLY entered into a lucky draw to WIN weekly vouchers of R1000 from Checkers, Dischem and other stores and Monthly draws when 4 lucky users will each win a R1 000 000. This is what you have to do to get an automated qualification <br> 1. Buy airtime<br> 2. Buy Data *141*2*999#<br> 3. But new mtn phone<br> 4. New or upstage contract.<br> <br> Upon doing anyone of these 5 things MTN supposed to send u a massage to confirm that you have been entered but guess what THIS IS NOT HAPPENING. I have taken this up with them since 21 Dec 15 but they just can't give a straight answer instead I have been redirected to almost 5 supervisors & 4 managers and each of them can't get this fixed. I think this was just to boost their SALES in the expense of their customers and this should be fought against. I call upon all MTN users to please take this up. FALSE ADVERTISING influenced users to spend even more for nothing.
