FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

I received a SMS from MTN on Friday about a promotion. The message reads: "Y'ello! You missed out on Black Friday. We still have a Black Friday deal for you. Get extra 10 GB & 100 mins for 24 months for R239 . Go to your local MTN Store or call *** to get your personal BF offers on Contract Advisor on +27***XX9628 T's & C's apply, Dial *135# to opt out." I went to MTN Centurion mall to upgrade. I stood in line for 45 min. Then I stood in front of an consultant who clearly didn't know what she was doing for another 45 minutes... Just to be told that the sms was a mistake and they apologise, the promotion doesn't exist. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! It's false advertising and the matter will be taken further. HORRIBLE service provider!!!!
