False advertising

My wife upgraded her contract about 3 months ago at the Eastrand mall store and the phone (A70) that she took came with a powerbank and a smart watch. We were promised that the watch and the powerbank will be delivered to her workplace within 6 weeks and its almost 4 months later and she is still waiting. Are MTN staff members taking these items for themselves? Please resolve this matter speedily, her contract cellphone is ***.
