FALSE ADVERTISING

Did an upgrade with MTN where I am suppose to receive promotional items. I have been battling to get the free promotional items for the passed 2 months. I am dealing with Charelle Webster at MTN yet no success. The answer is always I will follow up or she just don't respond at all. I have ask for her manager details yet no response. It is absolutely false advertising and shocking to know that MTN needs to rely on this false advertising
