False advertising!

You go onto an MTN website and apply for a laptop on contract, as they advertise on their website that laptops are part of the merchandise the sell. But I have been approved since 24th October, and till now, a month later have not received my laptop. After numerous e-mails I was merely rep**** with "Please note that the application is now awaiting stock, you will be contacted once it is available" No feedback since.
