False advertising.
I would like to make a public complaint about the incompetence and lack of good service at MTN store in Springs and afterwards their call center service. Until the end of October MTN ran a promotion promising customers FREE 30GigaBytes to everyone that takes up a new contract deal, I did signup for new contract deal but as for the promised 30GB, not a single MTN employee knew how I can get the promo deal. I was advised to take my phone and call 082123 when I got home, talking to the consultant at 083123 she said she couldn't help and I should call 808 where I was given another number which is a non-existent number. Now all they tell me is that the promo is over. That is making sales under false pretence, it's ********.
