False Advertising
So I've been a customer of MTN for going on 6 years, I'm due for an upgrade on 01/11/2015. I received an sms that if I upgrade now I'll get an additional 30gb of data for 3 months, sounds good. I contacted them only to be told I cannot upgrade and have to wait for November, the deal ends at the end of October and I keep receiving these sms', why keep sending the communication if you are not willing to help. So I sent a very nice email to the lady that deals with complaints, Wenzile Masina, on 19/10/2015 with no response till this date. If Mtn can be this pathetic when it comes to something this small, I'm not sure if I can trust them to provide the service I need in future.
