False advertising
Go to upgrade my contract. Wanted a new tablet. The brochure indicates therw are about 7 tablets to choose from either old stuff or 2relatively new ones. Wanted a Sony, dont stock them. Ok I select the next one, the Samsung Tab A. Because it has a stylus. It is advertised in the brochure. Get told they have not arrived yet!!! Why do you advertise items but do not have them in stock? Staff dont know when they'll arrive. Bad attitudeand to my mind bad advertising.Mtn you are not doing your business any good by displaying such behaviour
