False advertising

Hi my name is Nuran on Monday 17/08/2015 at 9.25 am I received an SMS from RTT couriers that I they need a delivery address from me because they need to deliver my free handset so I did exactly that and what I received was a a damn SIM card I have entered so many competitions with MTN and have won nothing . Not to be childish or anything but MTN is full of **** and to be honest the staff are full of **** as well . They have this thing that they are if you used certain amount of data by certain date you'll receive free data but received nothing to date. They know how to take our airtime data so that all those regional manager blokes can drive the fancy cars attend VIP conferences get all the top achievement awards ( I see on twitter) but those innocent people in the call centre are really doing all the hard that is why they went on strike . Cut the long story short my next step is to go to the media with this and I promise it won't look nice cause I am actually furious with MTN I have used so much money entering **** competitions it's unbelievable . I know according to my knowledge a SIM card is not recommended as a handset .
