False advertising

I recently took an LTE month to month contract from MTN. The deal I took was supposed to come with free Disney plus subscription and a R400 takealot voucher. This swayed me to choose them over other providers. I then received a takealot voucher code a few days later which doesn’t work and says invalid voucher entered.

I then emailed Mtn rewards and it’s been over 3 weeks and no response at all from them. We trust your advertising and expect everything to be above board but this seems like a ploy because if we don’t use the voucher before the expiry, it will be forfeited.

If I do not get any response or should this not be made right, I will be report it to the relevant authorities for an investigation.

Please be aware and make sure everything is above board if you are thinking about using this company
