False Advertising

I went to MTN Garden Route Mall to get a a data contract that was on a sticker outside. I took a pamhplet from the shop (advertising the same contract) to a consultant and requested that we do the application. We do the application and I am told to wait an hour to see if I have been approved. While checking which sim card of mine the contract would be applicable and way after the application has been complete, the consultant tells me that the promotion which is currently being advertised for the current month with pamphlets and stickers on the wall, was for the previous month. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CURRENTLY being advertised. Even though I had sat there for the application process and made to sign documents for the application and told to wait an hour or two for approval.
