False Advertising
Not getting accessories as advertised on your website.
I recently performed a contract upgrade and selected a Sony Xperia 10 Plus which is advertised with a screen protector, a phone cover and bluetooth speaker. When the phone was delivered I didn't receive the accessories as advertised. Trying to get this resolved is infuriating as every department wants to transfer me to another department, and inevitably the call is dropped without me speaking to anyone willing to help. If this is not resolved MTN will lose me as a customer, and I have been with MTN for 10+ years.
