False advertising

I took a Samsung S10 on contract on 12/3/2019 and they were running a special and I was to receive a pair of blue tooth earphones from Samsung.I have visited the MTN store at the East Rand Mall 3 times and sent numerous e- mails to Samsung trying to get these earbuds . I keep being told by Paliswa ,the Samsung representative at the MTN store that her boss is busy with this error and they have to follow procedure.I have 4 contracts with MTN and as they expire I will take my business elsewhere as they make false promises and advertising.No one communicates with me .
