FALSE ADVERTISING

I recently signed for a 12month contract with MTN and it has been a confusing experience. Firstly they said 10GB on the advert but when you get to the store, the 10GB is broken up so much that you dont even have access to some of the data you sign up for. Then they changed the initial deal without consulting me, now apparently I signed up for 8 unlimited GB and 2GB for school work only. I'm highly disappointed. They also did not explain that if I convert my sim to a data sim, I will be unable to access things like voice minutes and sms bundles
