FALSE ADVERTISING
MTN does promotions on national television and then doesn't deliver. People are being cheated into buying their products and when you claim the so called reward there is problems. I upgraded at MTN and bought 2x Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phones that is supposed to come with the R 2499 welcome pack up and until midnight on 06 October 2018. See link below:

I have been fighting the whole week with the MTN store I got these and they have made endless calls just to advise that the promotion stopped end September 2018. It is in writing on the above-mentioned link that it applies to devices activated up and until midnight on 06 October 2018.
I want the welcome packs for both devices as still advertised by MTN this week on DSTV channels.
