False Advertising
Devious Advertising- New contract deals for the Month of October 2018 include a Hauwei Mate 10 Pro at a reduced fee of R289, 00 pm. Been to 15 branches.. All sales consultants furnishing me with the same reaponse in that they are awaiting stock. I was also advised that should stock not arrive prior month end the deal falls away. Ive been a client of MTN for over 10yrs and have three contracts. Monthy Payments exceed 2k in lieu of these contracts. I have investigated the matter into the so called "stock problem" and was advised that no branch would receive the Mate 10 pro during the period. False advertising at its best, luring customers into Branches artificially

20 Oct 2018, 05:37I have contacted them and spoke to Gloria about the deal
At first i was tild a phone was available and assured delivery would take place with 3-5 days. When following up i spoke to a luraine msenya and was advised that no handset was available. All my calls have been recorded and the contents are shocking
So much so ive lodged a formal complaimt against mtn with the advertising standards bureau
