False advertising
My spouse received an sms offering a contract for 2yrs stating the complete data package for the 2yrs. Wen he went in to take the contract he was advised that its only for 12mths.....wen he showed them the sms they say they have to escalate the query......days have passed and still no one can give him an answer.
