false Advertising
i have been with mtn since 2008 and it keeps failing me from data now this .i won 10 000 cash on the mtn spin n' win competition on the 28th January 2018, till to date i am waiting on my prize when i call the the contact center ,they keep on telling me they are sending emails but no feedback. i called today at 11:00 rude service champion Thabang now tells me to hold for over 20 min and cuts the call, call back again and i get Duma he makes me wait for 10 minutes to tell me his manager says he received and informs me they not sure what happened to the prize ....that's the feedback i get after 3 months of waiting. i m so angry right now, false advertising for such a big company
