False Advertising

My MTN contract for the HP255 G5 + f@stlink MF730M was approved on the 11/10/2017 at a MTN branch in Ghandi Squared by Johannes Matekane ********** 868. I was promise a delivery in 3 days as they don't keep stock. Its 8 days later and don't have my package a, I phone almost every day and was told they have order it and should have it by today the 19/10/2017. send emails no response left message no replies. Spoke to the area manager Gaubosi ********** who was not helpful but rather defending his staff and just refer me to his boss Fred Van Niekerk who gave me a different version that there is no stock of the contract I took out and they not sure if they will get stock. he wanted to offer me another package which is more then the one I took out. my point is why advertise an item in your Catalogue knowing that you don't have stock available. FALSE ADVERTISING .
