False Advertising

I have viewed Yellow trader October edition online and there was a 9.7 inch Tab A with S pen advertised for R149.00 x 24 Months with 500MB of anytime data and 500 MB night owl. I went to Coastlands MTN today to sign-up for the contract. I asked them to show me the tablet before we proceed with the contract. They showed me a similar one and explained the tablet specs of the 9.7 inch Tab A. When they were signing me up for the contact they could not find the deal loaded on their system. Only then did they recall that it was a mistake on the catalogue. They refused to give me the same deal. I asked them to contact someone from MTN and tell them I want the same deal because the catalogue is still online with that offer. If it was a mistake it should have been removed from the MTN Site. Their response was: 'we do not know who to contact'. How can an MTN store not know the proper channels for things like these. I was so upset. I told them that I was going to write a review about this and no one said anything, I was just ignored. I don't even remember receiving an apology on behalf of MTN. I am so upset that I was not taken seriously and that MTN did uphold their side of the deal.
