False advertising
I recently upgraded my contract with MTN and the package i took comes with 10 gb and unlimited MTN to MTN calls for 3 months since activation, I did not receive the unlimited minutes even till today. I have called the store several times and still i'm being charged when i call MTN numbers. That is wrongful advertising and it is actually breach of contract because that is what i was promised and that is what i agreed on, it was what motivated me to get the package. I am so disappointed and want this resolved, i've had many ill service with MTN and i'm at the verge of leaving the network. I'm fed up.
