False Advertising
Hi there<br> <br> MTN advertises that their Sky package for July 2015 is R 1299. <br> When trying to migrate - MTN suddenly quoted me R 2099<br> <br> Clearly this is false advertising..<br> <br> What has happened to MTN ??<br> Why suddenly the bad service after I have been a loyal customer of MTN for more than 10 years ???<br> <br>

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
Kindly note the MTN Sky package you might have been quoted for was probably a promotion that included a handset. We can confirm the MTN Sky @ R1299.00 is a BYO (Bring Your Own Handset) deal.
We can confirm the promotion of R1299.00 is still available and you will need to stipulate to the consultant that it is a BYO deal.
