False Advertising

Their advertisments is false!! You drive kilometers to a store, after they have hounded you for months to upgrade, when at the store there is no stock!! After that we have tried to find help from MTN to do our upgrade, but they were of no help. We were told to phone customer service to find out about stock at the stores, but when you do the customer service agent just puts the phone down in your ear. I am disgusted with their service! We have been clients for over 10 years, but the don't care about their customers. And don't even get me started to cancel a contract because that takes months, if you are lucky.
