False Advertising!!

I Upgraded to a Samsung S20 Ultra. Recieved my phone on the 7th of March. In the yellow trader it states that the Samsung S20 range, including the Ultra, comes with R500 takealot voucher. I have been trying to clain that voucher for over a week now. Been contacting MTN, Takealot and Samsung South Africa only to be told today by Samsung South Africa that the voucher only applies to the S20 and not the other, but clearly in the yellow trader it shows tbe Ultra is included, and the must not come with this first 2000 customer story, because i can guarantee i was well within that range.
