False Advertising

Rewards Co need to be reported for false advertising. I was contacted by Rewards Co in October 2020. I was sold a "good deal" which turned out to be a lie when the goods arrived. I returned the goods to an MTN store in Blue route mall,called and provided IRMS nos. My account has been a mess ever since. Rewards Co take no responsibility at all. They fail to answer telephones most of the time. They promise to call back and never do. MTN then charge me pro rata when I did not even use the goods and returned the goods within the stipulated framework of the consumer protectiin act. Ever since this ********* company rewards Co came into the mix they have caused massive problems. They are ***** and *********. I had to report them to the CGSO. To date my account is in a mess after being years with MTN. STAY AWAY FROM REWARDS CO. They are a Durban based company selling junk to unsuspecting people to get you to part with your money under the guise of you being a "loyal MTN customer" watch out for their consultants.
