False Advertising

<p>Did an upgrade to the Samsung S8 and on the monthly booklet it states that you get an accessory kit which includes covers, power bank and so forth. While with the upgrade we get told that this is only for the first 500 customers and that we were not eligable for this kit, but no where did it state that on the booklet. I sent them an email last week and still no reponse. Its pathetic. Really pathetic. I would like this kit as stipulated. Spending so much money with them over 16 years and this is what you get. A BIG FAT F YOU!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
