False advertising

They advertised a P30 lite with a free gift. I app****, phone got delivered with no gift. When I asked about it, I was told to go to the nearest store to claim the free gift. Then I was told to claim from a Huawei link, but the free gift offer is no longer available on this link. Why advertise a free gift then tell me to go stand in a line for hours to claim or claim online. You advertised it, you should have delivered it with the phone.
